I have linked two digital media projects I have completed based on my unit plan.
The first is a PowerPoint presentation of my unit plan. The state standards are reading 2.6A ,2.6E and 2.6H. This will also show how to use Epic!, which is reading technology for my unit.
The second project is a digital story board for second grade reading. The storyboard is based on a poem by Julia Donaldson. This poem allows the students to explore the poem that is being read to them. After, the teacher can ask the students guiding questions to help them better comprehend. Some question examples are
- “What was the authors purpose for writing this poem?”
- “In what ways do you connect to the poem?
